When you join our waitlist, buy a ticket, or make an inquiry, we collect what you give us directly: your name and email address. If you buy a physical product once our shop is live, fulfilling that order will also require a delivery address. We don't collect anything beyond what's needed for the reason you gave it to us.
How we use it
We use your details to run the club: to let you know about events, apply your member perks, respond to inquiries, and — once payments are live — process ticket and product orders. We don't sell your data to anyone.
Who we share it with
We only share your information with service providers who help us run the club — for example, a future payment processor (Shopify) for orders, or an email tool to send updates. We require anyone we work with to keep your data secure and use it only for the purpose we asked them to.
How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as you're an active member or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first.
